With 25+ years Hydraulic and Mechanical experience Bruce offers specialist design, component procurement and problem solving to our varied customer base. Supporting our mobile team, enjoying challenging projects and being very hands on, Bruce is happy to hand the management to Chris and the capable admin team, so he can focus on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes. Keen on all adrenalin and adventure sports, Bruce stays active, fit and engaged in outdoor pursuits as much as possible. Keen to give life a good go, Bruce has a tenacious approach to all things he encounters.
Having been part of the Hydraulink Tauranga Team since inception, Tracey is now focusing on the Financial Admin of the company. Confident a very capable teams looks after the Customer Services and Admin, and the staff HR, she is now able to spend more time with family and joining Bruce in their mutual enjoyment of the outdoors and travel. Attention to detail and the desire to make this business the very best it can be has kept Tracey motivated and enjoying the journey over the years.
Chris started with Hydraulink Tauranga in February 2017 as Workshop Manager, Chris has really taken control of the workshop and made it his own, improving systems and focusing on quality control to give the customer exactly what they are after. With 17+ years’ experience in Hydraulics, Mechanical and Electrics Chris offers good knowledge of the industry to support the team and customer enquiries. When not at work Chris’ enjoys hanging out with his young family and playing social hockey.
Linda came to Hydraulink Tauranga in 2016 with vast Accounts Receivable and Account Payable experience. Since joining the team, Linda has taken responsibility for credit control, the Customer invoices and Supplier data entry for all 5 Mobile Service Technicians, the Hydraulink Workshop Technicians and the Metal Spray Technology engineers. Spending considerable time behind a desk, Linda relishes the opportunities to get outdoors, stay active and enjoy the beautiful Bay of Plenty.
Sales and Service Co-ordinator
New to the Hydraulink Tauranga team in 2017, Ian undertakes the Sales and Service Support Role, supporting the mobile operators, the workshop engineers and our varied and important customer base. Coming from 35+ years in the Waste Industry, working his way through the ranks to a Branch Managers level, Ian brings many skills relevant to the customers of Hydraulink Tauranga and Metal Spray Technologies, and looks forward to the inevitable different challenges a new role brings. His main interests are fishing, cricket and rugby, but he’s a keen supporter of all sports.
Brodie is well into his apprenticeship at Hydraulink Tauranga, and is gaining varied and comprehensive hydraulics experience across many industries. When not working Brodie is a keen motorbike enthusiast, both on track and off track. He also enjoys surfing, mountain biking and Motorsport in general.
Senior Mobile Hydraulic Service Technician
Nigel has been making hoses and hydraulic problem solving for his customers since 1995. Having worked as an independent contractor for the majority of his time in business, Nigel is now enjoying the challenge and reward of having a Sub-contractor to support his growing customer base. Family is important to Nigel and he spends as much time as he can fishing, skiing, mountain biking, caravanning and supporting his girls various sporting pursuits.
Senior Mobile Hydraulic Service Technician
John started with Hydraulink Tauranga in 2002. Initially having 1 service vehicle and no staff, John has grown his customer base and mobile business to 3 service vehicles and 2 sub-contractors. Johns commitment to his customers ensures you are back up and running quickly minimising unnecessary down time.
Mobile Hydraulic Service Technician
Matt works for John in one of Johns 3 Mobile Service Vehicles. He trained and served in the army from 2007 to 2011, as a mechanical engineer, going on to work for Heavy Industry as a service technician and fabricator. Matt has been part of the team since 2015 and enjoys being on the road servicing a varied customer base. When not solving hydraulic problems Matt competes in various motorsport disciplines, and enjoys building race cars.
